Useful info

The following meal plans are available:

• B&B: Bed and Breakfast with a sweet/savory buffet breakfast
• MP: Half Board with buffet breakfast served sweet/savory and DINNER with a choice of 4 menus accompanied by tasty appetizers and side dishes, including FREE beverages during DINNER (water and Coca Cola/Fanta).

Tourist tax not included: €2.00 per person per day for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights; minors up to the age of 14 are exempt.

Preferred stays with arrival and/or departure on Saturday or Sunday.
Check-in at 14:00 – Check-out at 10:00.

Unconsumed meals are non-refundable. However, in the event of several days without dinner use, in agreement with the management, it is possible to consider changing the room treatment from half board to bed and breakfast.

Parking

• Affiliated parking approximately 400 meters on foot from the hotel at a discounted rate: it is important to request it at the time of booking (subject to availability).
• In case of unavailability of parking spaces, scratch-and-park permits are available at the reception, allowing you to park the car* in blue- lined spaces, in the underground parking of Piazzale Curiel, and in the parking under the Congress Centre.

Beach Package

• At an exclusive rate for Hotel Mocambo guests, the beach package includes a beach umbrella and sunbeds at Beach No. 84 Bagni Fabio. For availability and RESERVATIONS, please contact the affiliated establishment directly: Tel. 0541 607820 Fabio or Romina 338 3280624.
  One-week package at a discounted cost reserved exclusively for our guests. The service is booked and will be paid directly to the beach establishment.

Booking Conditions

All reservations are valid if accompanied by a confirmatory deposit following the confirmation via email to be sent in one of the following ways:

• Bank Transfer * IMPORTANT: PLEASE SPECIFY 'CONFIRMATORY DEPOSIT' IN THE REASON
• Credit Card

For cancellations and/or changes to the reservation, always refer to the cancellation conditions and policies indicated in the quote and/or confirmation email.

Early departure: in case of early departure, 3 nights per person will be charged as compensation
